Responsible for the supervision of all tactical team members, training, planning and execution of all S.W.A.T. operations. Also certified firearms instructor and an expert marksman on the police handgun, shotgun, submachine gun, and long rifle. Mike Shirey is also certified in Close Quarter Combat, Hostage Rescue and Dignitary Protection.
